Equipped with an underwater drone, I have 3D mapped the Bällstaån river and Lake Mälaren to investigate what lies hidden in their depths. In the video material, we encounter images of algae-covered prams, beer bottles and everything else that has slipped through the waste management system. Inspired by my findings, I created the virtual work Sea No Evil, in which I built a vessel that takes the visitor into a world filled with light and darkness, where discarded plastic bags from ICA and Lidl flutter weightlessly by like ghosts or jellyfish. Police divers bob ominously in the water, but we never find out what they are looking for.
